Hatha Yoga is a form of yoga that is used mainly in the West. Hatha Yoga focuses on body exercise. A Hatha Yoga session includes simple yoga poses (asanas) and breathing exercises (pranayama). It relaxes the body and mind. As in every workout program so in yoga we leave the problems aside, we focus on the exercises to feel wellness.
